Today 25th anniversary exhibition \u201cMITT. Travelling and Tourism\u201d began work in Moscow Expo center, informs \u201cTour business\u201d. Dubai is the partner of significant meeting of tourist business`s representatives of Russia and foreign countries in Russia this year.<\/p>\n

About two thousand companies from 180 countries and regions take part in MITT this year. Number of new members is more than 200 people this year. Total area of exposure hall is 43 thousand square meters. More than 20\u00a0000 guests visited exhibition last year and their number will increase this year.<\/p>\n

Turkey is represented most extensively from foreign countries this year, exposure of this country occupies two pavilions. Besides the largest stand of Ministry of culture and tourism of Turkey which occupies whole pavilion, all resort regions of the country and the most popular hotels and chains among Russian tourists and guests from the CIS countries stand separately.<\/p>\n

Large Russian tour operators performed with largest stands this year, not only all leading world summer destinations. Among the biggest stands of the exhibition are large-scale expositions of Intourist, TUI Russia, Anex Tour, ART Tour, RAS group, TEZ Tour and others.<\/p>\n

MITT presents extended format of business programs under new concept \u201cTour business 365\u201d. It is more than 15 major eventsand more than 80 russian and foreign speakers, which will share with own experience and information in the field of innovation and development of\u00a0 tourist business in high market competition.<\/p>\n

First day of exhibition`s work showed a clear revival of tourist business on the eve of the high season – according to participants’ comments, they have not seen such a number of visitors at their stands for many years.<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to congratulate you the opening of authoring exhibition, which enter in top 5 large of those which passes in Russia and abroad\u201d, – said head of Rustourism Oleg Safonov in grand opening ceremony.<\/p>\n

He added that seriously business program is planed under exhibition, also there will pass meetings with ministers of tourism of foreign countries thanks to which it will turn out \u201cto open the entrance potential of Russia widely\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis exhibition is so important for us, as far as Soccer World Cup will pass in Russia in 2018. Take the opportunity, we would like to invite tourists, the fans around world to come to us. We are ready to assure that WS-2018 will pass on high level, will provide safety, and all tourists could feel our hospitality\u201d, – concluded Mr. Safonov.<\/p>\n

President of Russian union of tour industry Sergey Shpilko added that take this opportunity he want hold \u201cpublic expertise of Russian readiness to Soccer World Cup in terms of hospitality.<\/p>\n

Eli Nahmias, director of inbound tourism and international relations of office in Jerusalem`s tourism, appreciating the first day of exhibition`s work he noted in conversation with our portal: \u201cWe are pleased to be members of Moscow exhibition and to present new opportunities of rest in Jerusalem. We don\u2019t stop in one place and always create something new, for example family holiday, active tourism. We opened food festival last year, also we organize lections for tourists which are dedicate to traditional Israeli cousin, literacy, movie art. We plan to open new museum soon which is dedicated to history of Jerusalem, also we launched the daytime interactive show \u201cIsrael is city for all people\u201d half a year ago. Russia is important market for us, because of this we take part in MITT with pleasure\u201d.<\/p>\n

Alexander Davydov general director of company Best Way (Kyrgyzstan \u2013 Kazakhstan) noted in interview: \u201cWe take part in exhibition MITT third time and for our company which is engaged in promotion to the tourist market of the coast of the lake Issyk kul, this exhibition becoming more useful. 70% percent of our clients are citizens of Kazakhstan, but number of Russian tourists grows every year. It will surprise that come here not only older generation`s people who remember the USSR, but young people who like active tourism and hiking in the mountains of Issyk kul`s south coast\u201d.<\/p>\n

Executive director of Control in tourism in Jordan Adel` Amin noted that \u201cit’s too early to talk about impressions about the exhibition, because recently exhibition began to work. But now impressions are positive. Russia is important market for us, because of this we take part in MITT\u201d.<\/p>\n

Finally, tourism attach\u00e9 of Malaysian Embassies in the Russian Federation, Mrs. Nur Zuliya Mohamed marked that \u201cExhibition becoming more representative and visited every year. Business negotiations do not stop at our booth for a minute since today`s morning\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cRussian tourist flow increased to 32% in Malaysia last year, and we expect it to grow again by another 30% this year – thanks to our active participation in such major international tourist forums as MITT\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>
